Vladimir Velmeshev

Vladimir Velmeshev is a General Partner at Mythos Group, a multidisciplinary digital asset business focused on driving blockchain and bitcoin adoption across APAC and beyond. At Mythos, Vladimir leads investments in blockchain startups, combining strategic support, in-house research, and engineering expertise to help founders build scalable products and capital-efficient frameworks for integrating digital assets into their businesses.

Before Mythos, Vladimir was a Partner at Kosmos Ventures, where he spearheaded over 100 early-stage investments, backing some of the most significant blockchain projects of the last cycle, including Solana, Algorand, and Polkadot.

Earlier in his career, Vladimir held leadership roles at Chevron and Shell, managing large-scale projects across APAC and Europe with a combined asset value of over $100 billion. Vladimir is a recognized speaker at international conferences and a writing contributor to platforms like Hackernoon and Nasdaq, where he shares insights on blockchain, AI, and the future of decentralized finance.
